Individual Leases
Gone are the days of worrying whether a roommate will pay their rent. With our individual leases, also called by-the-bedroom leases, you will never be responsible for any delinquent amounts owed by roommates. We hope this gives you extra peace of mind and your student more focus on the things in life that are more important.

With on-site management and 24/7 on-call maintenance, we’re looking to make life easier for you and your student. Our experienced team is dedicated to creating an atmosphere promoting your student’s success.
